These Terms of Service apply to your interaction with and use of the Rental Cleaning Pros website found at www.rentalcleaningpros.com and any services booked through the website, text, phone, or email. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Overview

Rental Cleaning Pros provides professional turnover cleaning services exclusively for short-term vacation rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, and similar platforms) in St. Petersburg, Florida and the surrounding Gulf Beach communities. Our standard service includes a full cleaning, fresh linens, towel sets, and starter essentials as described on our website.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of a cleaning, you must contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will arrange for a cleaner to return and address the specific areas of concern at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to cleaning quality issues only and does not constitute a refund of services rendered.

3. Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours before service: No cancellation fee.
• Within 24 hours of service: A $50 non-refundable cancellation fee applies.
• Within 1 hour of service or upon cleaner arrival: A $100 non-refundable fee applies.
• No access to property: If our team arrives and cannot access the property due to missing or incorrect entry instructions, a $100 non-refundable fee applies.

4. Refund Policy

While we aim for your complete satisfaction, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. Service-related concerns are addressed through our satisfaction guarantee outlined in Section 2. All charges for completed services are final.

5. Linen Program & Extended Stay Policy

Our service includes fresh, hotel-quality linens and towel sets with every standard turnover cleaning. Linens are provided on a loan basis and remain the property of Rental Cleaning Pros. They are collected and replaced at each subsequent cleaning.

Extended Stay Fee: For guest stays exceeding 28 days (4 weeks), an extended stay linen fee starting at $40 applies. This fee covers the additional wear, laundering, and replacement costs associated with prolonged use of our linen inventory. To avoid this fee, hosts may opt to book a mid-stay cleaning, which is a discounted cleaning service available for guests staying longer than 28 days. The mid-stay cleaning includes a refresh of all linens and towels.

Hosts are responsible for communicating extended stay timelines to Rental Cleaning Pros so that appropriate arrangements can be made. Failure to notify us of stays exceeding 28 days does not waive the extended stay linen fee.

6. Payment Terms

All payments require a valid debit or credit card on file. We may place a temporary authorization hold to verify available funds. Charges are processed upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Additional services requested beyond the original booking may require an additional authorization hold.

7. Property Access & Responsibility

Hosts are responsible for providing accurate and reliable property access instructions, including door lock codes, key locations, gate codes, and parking information. A backup entry method (such as a lockbox) is strongly recommended. Rental Cleaning Pros is not responsible for delays or missed cleanings resulting from incorrect or missing access information.

8. Theft & Damage Policy

8.1 Reporting

Any suspected theft or damage must be reported within 7 days of service completion by emailing [email protected] or calling (727) 591-6759. Reports should include item descriptions, estimated monetary values, the date of service, and any supporting evidence (photos, receipts, etc.).

8.2 Coverage Conditions

Claims require that the account is in good standing with full payment, these Terms have been followed, valuables have been properly secured prior to service, and the claim was submitted within the required timeframe.

8.3 Exclusions

Claims will not be covered if they involve cash or currency, fine art, items of sentimental value only, damage caused by pets, business interruption losses, pre-existing damage or wear, minor cosmetic imperfections, theft claims filed without a police report, or damage caused by household members or guests.

8.4 Resolution

Rental Cleaning Pros will gather documentation from both parties, evaluate the validity of the claim, and determine a resolution within approximately one week. Compensation, if awarded, will equal the lesser of the repair or replacement cost (with receipts) or three times the cost of the cleaning service. All decisions on claims are final and binding.

9. Biohazard Policy

Rental Cleaning Pros reserves the right to refuse service for any property or area contaminated with biohazardous materials, including but not limited to feces, blood, urine, or other bodily fluids. If our team arrives and encounters biohazard conditions, a cancellation fee will be assessed based on the circumstances.

10. Service Provider Relationship

All service providers engaged by Rental Cleaning Pros are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of the company. They are responsible for the delivery of cleaning services. Rental Cleaning Pros is not liable for any acts, errors, or omissions of any service providers beyond the scope of our satisfaction guarantee.

11. Website Use

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use this website and book our services.

Account Security: If you create an account or provide personal information, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the accuracy of your information.

Prohibited Conduct: You may not use this website for any illegal purpose, to disrupt its operation, or to interfere with our servers or networks.

12. Content & Intellectual Property

User-Generated Content: By posting reviews, comments, or other content related to our services, you grant Rental Cleaning Pros a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use such content for business purposes.

Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Rental Cleaning Pros and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Rental Cleaning Pros makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the content or services offered through the website.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rental Cleaning Pros shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

16. Changes to Terms

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
